Booking & Deposits

All sessions require a deposit that is applied toward your fee. The deposit reserves your appointment.   Sessions are not secured until a deposit has been met. If your session is less than $100 due to a discount, the full balance must be paid within 24 hours so your date is secured.

Payment

The remaining balance will be due one day before the session take place. If the payment is not in the day before, the session will be cancelled and it will be a $25 reschedule fee added if you will like to keep the same date or reschedule.

Refunds

In case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents K&C Creations from shooting on a scheduled date, the client will get a full refund of their deposit if applicable. No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time when the book was made.

Rescheduling

If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should client fail to give 24 hours’ notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, this session fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. Multiple rescheduling will lead to additional deposits or refusal of service.  Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of your session date . You have 48 hours to reschedule as well. If you are to cancel outside of the 48 hour window no refund is given and a $50 will be added to your balance to reschedule.

 

Unedited Images

I do not release unedited images to clients for any reason, however , you will receive proofs.

 

Travel Fee

A minimum fee of $50 will be added to any session outside the 25 mile radius of Baton Rouge,La

 

Turn Around Time

Turn around time for a standard session is 15 days after you select from your proofs. All events will be 30 business days and weddings are 90 business days

Late Policy

If you are 15 mins late for your scheduled session, you will only have the remaining time from your appointment left to complete your session. If you are 30 mins late, your session will be cancelled, you will be able to reschedule with a $50 reschedule fee.
