Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposits All sessions require a deposit that is applied toward your fee and is NON REFUNDABLE. The deposit reserves your appointment. Sessions are not secured until a deposit has been met. Payment The remaining balance will be due at the photo session. Client will have the option to pay with credit/debit card, through Square Cash, PayPal, or cash. Refunds In case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents K&C Creations from shooting on a scheduled date, the client will get a full refund of their deposit if applicable. No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time when the book was made. Rescheduling If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should client fail to give 24 hours’ notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, this session fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. Multiple rescheduling will lead to additional deposits or refusal of service. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control. Cancellations Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance of your session date. Unedited Images I do not release unedited images to clients for any reason. Travel Fee A minimum fee of $25 will be added to any session outside the 25 mile radius of Erwinville,La Turn Around Time Turn around time for a standard session is 3 weeks from the day of the shoot. For weddings, 6 weeks. However, some images are released before than, the full album will be done in three or six weeks. Late Policy If you are late for your scheduled session, you will only have the remaining time from your appointment left to complete your sitting. Weddings In order to guarantee booking, couples must provide a 25% non-refundable deposit at time of contract signing. The remaining balance of the wedding package is due 14 days prior to the wedding date
